I wanted to know if you could help me. On March 21st, I purchased a physical album from Bandcamp (the seller is Materia Collective), and the delivery period was supposed to be from March 28th to May 9th, but I haven't received anything (not even a tracking code to see if it has arrived in my country). I tried contacting both Bandcamp support and Materia Collective, but I only received automated responses. I would like someone to tell me what I can do in the coming days or if there is a possibility of a refund.
