Did anyone have a wedding 3 months postpartum? Any tips on how to make things better/easier?

I am 34 weeks pregnant with our first and the reality of baby arriving soon is starting to hit. We started planning a wedding (120 people, and requires us to travel across the Country) before we got pregnant. At first I was happy to go ahead with the wedding knowing baby would be 3 months old but now as it’s getting closer I’m starting to panic. Flying across the country with a 3 month old, my body being/feeling gross in a wedding dress, and the impending sleep deprivation. I’ve been seeing and reading too many things about how awful the first few months are. I guess I’m hoping for reassurance that it’s going to be okay.
