I’m keen on opening a Lifetime ISA. Immigrated to the UK 4 years ago, have a job here, and intend to stay here for the foreseeable future.

The 25% bonus would be fantastic as I’d want to use it to buy a house (first time buyer), however, I’m a bit concerned about tax reporting. LISAs are tax free in the UK, but I’m not sure if the IRS recognises that.

Does anyone who moved to the UK have any experience or advice on this?
