I am looking to buy a RAV4 for $11,000 roughly. It is a rebuilt title from a but you wouldn’t really be able to tell they fixed the driver door pretty well. There is some damage to the front right that they fixed up and some scratching on the but overall the decent quality. But I’ve been looking at the national market for the specific year and the fact that it’s a rebuilt title and everybody keeps saying that 11,000 is kind of a drastic fee when clean titles are going for 13 K.

is it even worth the bs from this guy for that price point?
