There was no reason for God to be content after the creation.

There was no reason for God to be content after the creation. Because everything was not good. God had created Satan before and the Fall of Adam and Eve was about to unfold. There was a flood coming and the tower of Babel was waiting to be constructed. And at last God would exterminate 6 million of his own chosen people for no known sin.

So how could there have been satisfaction on the 7th day? I can get no...., no,no,no. That is more like it!

Christians can not talk themselves out of the Problem Of Evil because of their definition of their Christian God.

Because the facts are that evil things happen and this is incompatible with their definition of an all powerful, all knowing and all loving Deity. It requires some humility to acknowledge that. But as Christians posses the Absolute Truth, being humble about this is impossible for them. And so reasoning with them about this becomes circular.

In the beginning was the Logos, and the Logos was with God, and the Logos was God.” ‭‭John‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬

Thesis: The writer of the Gospel of John is being imperialistic by claiming the Greek philosophical and abstract concept of Logos to incorporate this into Christianity from the very beginning. In this way John is giving the new belief more standing in the Greek speaking eastern half of the Roman empire.

Thesis: Morality of fundamentalist believers is no morality at all but subjugation to their respective God´s commands, that puts their God first at the expense of humans.

So contrary to fundamentalist claims that their morality has an eternal deep foundation in the root of creation; fellow human beings are regarded second hand at most. Morality of non-believers is grounded in the feelings of human compassion and therefore genuine. Despite the cruelty of evil things happening on earth, fundamentalists stick to their view of morality and ethics and point towards the afterlife as an excuse.

This being not only as a commemoration of the past (1939-1945), but also as a warning against Christian Nationalism today.
