Short version is one of our washers broke and the other works but makes TONS of noise which isn't ideal for apartment living. Anyone have suggestions? I don't have a truck or anything to move it ourselves

Really confused on what to do next. I assumed it just died last night so plugged it in before leaving for work. Charger works on my phone no problem, so it's not that. I tried the force restart (volume down + power), it turns on briefly, maybe 5-10 seconds of black screen then turns back off. Unsure what to do otherwise, any help?
