You're not onions!

I potted up some vegetables lately (knowing next to nothing about them) and I've had growth from all but my onions (seeds). Today I came to examine them and saw these fellows.
Can anyone help identify? My best guess is Common Inkcap. If so, or another poisonous variety, will my onions be safe to eat if they eventually sprout? I'm not really sure how the spores work, so any help appreciated.
