Are these normal? And what I hate so far.
A couple things?!? Are these normal?
Backstory:
I’m on my third week, just got my first route with 177 stops, 40 multi. And only drive Friday to Sunday.
My dsp inspects our vans after every route, gives us a wipe to clean the inside before we do our end of shift inspection. As well as I have noticed that they seem a bit happier if we just tell the issues with the vans rather than submitting them on the inspection.
I just got a nice 32oz aluminum water jug and lunch box/bag. From the Amazon facility I am out of. Is this normal?
The Amazon facility and dsp doesn’t seem to care that I wore normal athletic shorts and my own person hat, which I enjoy, but is it normal?
Side note: things I already hate
1: apartments
2: long ass driveways
3: the edv AC, Stereo,
4: they recently had us start taking pictures with the before and after route inspections.
