Hi, I started going to the gym 3/4 times a week since januari 2026.
I’m doing a Push Legs Pull (Legs) split each week.
I’m eating between 2500gr en 3000gr calories each day (300/399gr carbs and 150gr protein).
I started at 69,8kg (as a 1,78 male) and I’m now at 72,6kg.
So I gained 2,8kg in muscle (no fat i think) in like 5 months.
I see some change, but I thought I would see more after 5 months. I lift heavier, so that’s a change.
What do you think? Should I have seen more difference in 5 months? Aka, should I change it up or keep going?
