Hello,

I’m hesitating both app for a lifetime subscription and atm it’s a bit of a stalemate.

Hevy gots :

- Polished UI

- More exercices in the library with better guide

- A « heatmap » that tracks what muscle group lack training

- The always on display tracking

- More updates

- connection to health app

Strong has:

- A more straight to the point approach

- No social media bullsh*t

- Faster log in

it feels like Hevy got the upper hand, but I fear it’s a bit marketing or just a lack of knowledge on my part.

any thoughts ?

Hey there,

I’m going to invest in the lifetime subscription of one of the two. But really struggling on chosing the « right » one.

First of all, I HATE the social part of hevy with all my heart. The first thing I’ve done while trying was disabling as much of those as I could.

Beside that, the more furnished exo library is a plus for Hevy, and it feels more polished overall.

In the other hand, strong feels more « straight to the point » and less clutered.

Is there any real advantages that I missed on Hevy in the real world use which is literally just working out at home with my own material ?
