1. My pro background is trad PR & Branding.
2. I am an entrepreneur with a startup: luxury consumer product brand that I have developed & launched
3. I have a lean web dev team but they are engineers, no capability for AI, SEO or e-commerce strategy
4. The walled garden of AI guided search & other recent developments have made it exceptionally hard to get my new brand any ability to convert or build new e-commerce consumers. I need freelancers or ??? to grow a brand from scratch?? What kind of digital marketing pro am I seeking? What kind of skills should I look for?
5. Spill the tea. I am on this thread quite frequently (it’s helpful). I can not pay agency fees. I need basic digital marketing juice to generate new sales. There is no customer base it has to be built. What skills are most necessary to this goal? What kind of freelancers should I seek?

EDIT: The brand has already been doing deep SEO development / keyword research. The brand website will add a blog soon to leverage AI / brand authority & Keywords. The brand has been running cool creative Meta ads with an audience segment strategy for 4 months. Meta Business UI & data is underwhelming so definitely need better interpretation of what happens with audience & ads. Some ads are generating 2-5x CTR for my unknown status & industry but 0 sales. I haven’t run Google product ads yet…coming soon. I think I need someone who really knows ecommerce sales conversion - what professional would this be?
