I'm struggling to see why so many people are so angry at The Onion. What outcome did you want? Did you want Roger Stone's group to buy Infowars and leave it in Alex's hands? Because that was who was going to win had The Onion not step in.
So what if they turn Infowars into a joke. Who gives a shit?
I have read a lot of people's responses who are mad at The Onion. I watched Jordan's video. It all boils down to one thing, you are letting perfection be the enemy of good.
There isn't a world where someone buys Infowars and is able to run it how Jordan thought it should be run to get the families a billion dollars. That was never in the cards.
The Onion was the horse the families backed. I don't hear them being upset about this, so we have no right to be upset about this. As far as I understand, they weren't trying to get rich. They wanted Alex to lose his plaything.
