Help pausing recipe?
Hi all! I prepped the dough for the koign amann recipe before learning the mother I was making them for is sick. Do I need to just toss the dough and start over a week or so from now or can I freeze the dough? (Plan was to follow the two day method from the YouTube channel more than the one day method in Dessert Person)
