For the 3rd Wednesday in 2 months one of my kids was sick (she was up to 5am 😭) so I had to try to reschedule. Two of my clients told me it was too much and terminated without a closing session. I get it. I wouldn't want a flakey therapist. Just feeling a lot of loss over the sudden drop and the loss of funds. Magnified by the fact that my mom who was my back up for sick days died last fall.
