They have a couple of neighborhoods in Westfield with solid Google reviews, though feedback on sites like Yelp seems more mixed (not particularly in Westfield, but other parts of Indiana where they build). I understand that new construction can come with some issues, so I’m especially interested in how they handle things after the sale. Do they stand behind their work and follow through on warranty repairs? Has anyone here purchased one of their homes, and what has your experience been like? Thanks.
