First off the app is entirely hot garbage.

I submitted my rent payments for two separate properties. what happened was it charged the two separate rent due amounts onto one property only. This was an obvious glitch in the app which applied the payment for one property as a double charge on the other property. The customer service member was literally too intellectually disabled to understand why would I charge two separate rent amounts to the same rent account. And now he’s telling me he can’t do anything about it when it wasn’t even me double paying. Why would I double pay two different amounts and charge twice the exact rent of my other property? Bilt you really need to fix this. This is utter nonsense.
