I don't know if it's the right place to ask that question, but as i am watching Rally Portugal on stage 9 we saw Byrne (Co-driver) pull the handbrake for Armstrong, most of the time when he asked specifically and said "Now", sometimes instinctively. He even dropped a gear for him, which is an impressive feat to see the coordination between them and a co-driver managing pace notes and mechanics.

I must've missed something i guess, i know something similar happened between Katsuta and Aaron but i forgot aswell why, can someone kindly tell me please ? Thank you !
