Started a call center job recently and in the last two weeks the company has redone sections of the hand book adding in a stricter dress code and new sick time (cool I guess?) Cracked down on use of PTO (normally gets denied anyways)
There’s talk of changing the whole departments hours in 6 months if not soon
The big kicker is they fired its WHOLE HR department by eliminating the positions
