Got this pic from an outfit inspo for one of my sims. I cannot for the life of me find this top. All the other outfits in the pic are base game, so I assumed this one is too, but I looked through all the tops and can’t find it, so I’m wondering if it’s CC?
Does anyone recognize it, from cc or something in base game? I would appreciate any replies.

She has never done this before and I haven’t experienced this with any of my other sims but she is glowing? I looked up possible reasons but nothing lines up. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?
