Daughter reborn and bound to a system to get revenge on her family
This has been posted before, however I was halfway through watching it and then they deleted it. Now I can’t find it so I need somebody to help me find it again. I will do my absolute best to describe this drama

In her past life FL was brought back by her parents so that their adopted daughter wouldn’t have to marry a cruel man in a wheelchair. She was then reborn and she was bound to a system now the system allowed her to switch her DNA results so she was no longer her parents biological child. She’s now live streaming the results and the man the wheelchairs family was like “you’re trying this hard to find a replacement. There’s no point. Let’s just end the engagement.”

At this point, we understand that FL only went back with her family so that they could pay for her Mum’s treatment. And in her past life it turns out that they left her to die. Now in this life she was able complete mini missions and get rewards from the system so she was able to get this drug that would cure her Mum. So her mum is fine now.

The adopted daughter doesn’t want to marry the wheelchair man so she goes to another guy who likes her and begged him to marry her and he agrees turns out he’s got cancer and that’s why he agreed to marry her. FL then decides to go to the wheelchair man and she asks the system for the same kind of pill that she gave to her mum so that she can heal the man and then make a mockery of her sister at her engagement.
