Couple days ago my chair decided to give out in a spectacular fashion so i decided to contact support because it was still in warranty but talking to them i swear they employ kids from primary school for their support. I tried explaining to them that the chair height and recliner function wasn't the problem but with all of their detective work and the photo and pics i sent the conclusion was the chair mechanism is at fault like bruh its clearly the fricken frame is broken. Ill try to add some more pics of the fault in the comments.
