Cannot find a solid answer, are these enforceable?

Everything in the Ohio code about these days an officer needs to be present the entirety of the camera running, and if an officer is present would they not just issue a ticket at the scene? Really don’t have the money for this and I don’t like the idea of being issued a “ticket” more than a month after the occurrence.

Edit to add: this is a blind curve where speed limit suddenly drops from 45 to 30 then to 25 through town and is on a downhill. I would absolutely not be doing 50 through Peninsula.

Marked spoilers for anyone who hasn’t read yet.

Just finished this for the first time today and feel I was just dropped into the middle of an already going story with no context. I expected a little more of a Jedi Order origin rather than “It’s Star Wars.. but a really long time ago!”

Do the comic series attached to this era fill in more of the context surrounding this? I don’t know, it just felt like a generic story “Star Wars’d” up and not attached to anything.
