Thought I had an episode of ETD, process of elimination. Ear feels oddly full, lower tone constant tinnitus, etc. But when I do the valsalva maneuver my regular ear pops/adjusts and the one with the issue doesn’t… but I can feel the warmth of the air coming out in the inner ear. Very odd sensation. Now I’ve got it in my own head that maybe it’s an eardrum issue, and I’ve managed to put a hole in it somehow. Anyone else have issues with air coming *out* of their ear doing valsalva? I’ve stopped trying it out of caution.
