Google play services

Hi there folks! I am attempting to update the Google play services of my Moto G Power 2024 but for some reason it doesn't work. When it gets to the part where you have to restart your phone I do but it fails to boot twice before successfully booting on the 3rd attempt. When i check the settings it shows that it's still stuck on last month's software version and there's an update available. Now you may think that maybe there is an issue with my device model which isn't true because my friend has the exact same model and his updated without a problem. I suspect that this might have something to do with how I corrupted my phone a few weeks ago and had to completely reflash the factory firmware. When I set up my phone after corrupting it I updated the Google play services from 2 years ago to the latest one at the time without a problem.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so is there a fix that you know of?

Hi fair people of this community. I own a Motorola moto g power 2024 (XT2415V) that is locked to TracFone and I was wondering if there were any exploits or anything I could try to unlock the bootloader. And if there isn't anything I can do right now should I surrender hope that there will ever be an exploit?

P.S it's powered by Mediatek dimensity 7020.

I heard that android resamples everything including music into 16/48khz and I'm wondering if that's true? Because how come so many phones on websites like GSMArena say they support higher sample rates? Also, in developer settings you can change the output for Bluetooth and that wouldn't make sense if everything was resampled. I guess they could be saying what the physical hardware can support but not the software??
