Im playing around 2400 and I unleashed grey tempest (first time player). I have the strongest fleet out of any of the regular empires in the galaxy and got my shit stomped so naturally I need a bigger fleet. But my naval capacity is already double the limit of 240. I've been building anchorage star bases and taking techs and have supremacy tradition to increase it but it feels odd that its so low compared to the fleet I need to field to take on what is supposed to be a mid-game crisis. It's not really an issue because my economy is so big I'm just eating the increased upkeep cost but its making me wonder if I'm doing something wrong.
