“Eine beglaubigte Kopie sowie die Rechnung haben wir soeben zur Post gegeben”

I understand what it says, but how/when do I get a Rechnung or notification from “Die Post”?
(I received an email this morning that Eine beglaubigte Kopie of my mother’s Meldekarte is available)
