Hi all, I just received this slab from a WhatNot auction. There was chipping on the bottom of the outter slab and chipping on the inside plastic also at the bottom. Is it possible that this was resealed? The ID seems to match the card grading. Any opinions if this is fake or not? And what should I do if it is fake?
