Update: I’m nearly certain the third symbol is a Cyrillic “Б”. “Благороден” in Bulgarian can mean precious metal. The “Б” could also represent the country of origin - “Български” is Bulgaria in Cyrillic. So I would bet money that the stamp says “18Б”, likely for 18 carat precious metal or 18 carat Bulgarian.

A friend of mine sent these because I’m typically pretty good at this type of research, but I’m at a loss. I cannot figure out the stamp for the life of me. J86? 186 with a stylized “1”? I think it’s an older gold alloy with copper in it, so maybe late Victorian? I understand this snake style was popular then. But I’m afraid it might just be costume jewelry. I’m pretty out of my depth, so if anyone can help I’d really appreciate it.
