I'm actively looking to purchase a house its a 39.5 acre lot on riverfront so I'm not sure if that will affect the measurements. I measured from middle of the river and also the middle of the road on google earth and I'm getting a 4 acre discrepancy, should I get a survey? This is around a $50,000 difference in value. I measured 4 other lots around and they were all +/- .5 acres.
