Male/Female Unit - subleasing 3 bedrooms in a 4 bedroom apartment at 1007 S Locust St, Unit 308, with one roommate possibly staying over the Summer. Rent is around 650 + utilities (on average around 720 total w/utilities) but is negotiable, willing to go down to $450 + utilities depending on demand, start date could be flexible around mid-late May or early June and end date is early to mid August, no security deposit.
