[DISCUSSION] What matters most to you in a creator setup?
Creator workflows have changed a lot over the last few years. More people are editing, designing, streaming, coding, producing music, and managing full creative workloads from a variety of different setup formats, ranging from portable systems to traditional desktop-only setups.
A lot of us on the AORUS North America team have also noticed that “creator setup” can mean completely different things depending on the workflow, especially if the user is prioritizing portability.
For some people, portability means:
- Working between school and home
- Editing on flights
- Hybrid office setups
- LAN events
- Coffee shop productivity
- Compact desk spaces
- Creator setups that can travel easily
For others, a creator station is more about having one machine that can handle everything:
- Gaming after work
- Video editing
- Streaming
- Blender rendering
- Photoshop
- Music production
- Multitasking across multiple apps and displays
We’re curious what actually matters most to the community when choosing a creator-focused laptop or mobile setup today.
What do you prioritize most?
- Display quality and color accuracy
- Battery life
- Cooling performance
- GPU power
- CPU performance
- Portability
- Versatility
- Upgradeability
