Have you had the experience where you feel like you consider someone a friend but you aren’t quite sure where you stand with them?

For context I (28F) have become close with another woman at work. We chat about the same shows and she’s given me a lot of recs over the last year since I started working there. But we can never seem to get plans together to hang out solo. I’m starting to wonder if it’s just work friends and that’s that.

What’s your thoughts on dealing with friendship uncertainty?
