Preparing my cats bones
Hi all, this is all new to me so please bear with me.
My cat died October 2022 and I was unable to afford a cremation at the time, so he was buried in my dads garden. I've been enquiring with local pet crematoriums about bring his bones in (I assume that's all that's going to be left of him) and they've all said I would need to wash the bones first. If I have to do that gruelling task just to get him cremated, I'd rather just clean him up and put his uncremated bones in an urn.
So my questions are, how much preparation is needed for 3.5 year old bones?
How do I prepare them to be stored without smelling?
What products do I need?
I'm in the UK, just for anyone recommending things I may not be able to get here.
