I had a eye stroke on New Year’s Eve 🙄🙄🙄🙄, and since then I been iffy with my call outs, I’ve always had bad headaches but since my stroke I’ve had migraines that throb and feels like me eyes are gonna pop out, I just got a doctor to fill out my fmla stating I get migraines a few times a week and they make me dizzy and lose vision, but until HR reviews it can I get fired on the spot for attendance I have a migraine rn but I’m scared I’ll get fired for attendance or do that have to follow a procedure first I’ve never been told about my callouts before so this would be my first offense, I have maybe 8 occurrences in the last 3 months I’m a mail handler at a plant
