Most market batches fail BBR’s vintage line because they use standard blanks and basic washing. We treated this as a custom engineering project:

• The Fabric: Custom-developed 300gsm heavy-weight combed cotton. It’s high-density but retains that specific "dry" vintage hand-feel required for this silhouette. 👕
• The Wash: We used a multi-stage sulfur & enzyme wash. This creates the natural fading on the seams and collar without damaging the fabric structure. No cheap "bleach" look. 🧪
• The Embroidery: Calibrated our Barudan machines with specific thread tension. This ensures the logo stays crisp and centered even after the heavy distressing process. 🪡
• The Fit: True to the retail "Relaxed Fit" blueprint. We spent three sample rounds just perfecting the shoulder drop and sleeve length to avoid the common "boxy" flaw. 📐

Current Status: Bulk production finished. ✅

We focused on the fabric weight and the accuracy of the wash tones (no purple/grey tint issues). Check the photos for the seam details and texture. 📸

Most batches fail this piece because they treat it as a simple print. We took an engineering-focused approach to get the details right:

• The Fabric: Used 120-count Pima cotton for the ultra-thin mesh. Stacked onto a heavy knitted base using specialized machinery to ensure the retail drape. No rippling. 📐
• The Print: Swapped cheap heat transfers for the original "Paste Printing" process. This achieves that authentic "hazy" visual effect without the plastic texture. 🌫️
• Alignment: Customized logo proportions via CAD. The inner print and outer mesh are perfectly synced to avoid the distortion found in budget batches. 🎯
• Construction: Every neck label is hand-sewn by senior artisans. No "ugly" machine-stitching here; we kept the luxury ritual intact. 🪡
