I need a Three Statement Financial Model based on a real company for my student project. I am using the JPMorgan Chase Annual Report 2025 as the base (I’ve attached the PDF).

The model should include:

Income Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement

All three statements should be properly linked and built in Excel.

Also, please:

Use actual data from the report (for example revenue ~$182B and net income ~$57B as shown in the financial highlights)
Create clear inputs and assumptions (growth rates, expenses, projections, etc.)
Build a forecasted model (not just historical data)
Keep the structure clean and easy to understand

This is for academic use, so accuracy and proper linking between statements are important.
