There is ink in the cartridge, But when I print, no black ink comes out. The tubes seem to have air in them, but only the black ink isn't coming out. I tried using a syringe, but nothing comes out. The other colors work and do dispense ink. The cartridge also dispenses ink if a syringe is used. I dont know what else I could do. The plotter was not used for 2 years. Any help is appreciated
