I took a funny picture of my boyfriend and for some reason it reminded me of an influencer/YouTuber I remember seeing on my recommended circa 2018. I tried googling for hours and I can't find anything.

They were quite memorable for their very eccentric fashion. If I remember they had no eyebrows, was a white person and wore big poofy outfits. Their outfits were like layers and layers of colourful fabric that gave them a fully round silhouette, almost like wearing loofah. If I remember correctly they may have walked with a cane.

I remember seeing a video kinda like "day in a life with" kinda thing. Thanks!
