Hello! I've recently decided to start working out again, as I'm 20 and want to get some more muscle, but most importantly to lose weight (I'm 191cm and 89kg). But because I'm a university student, I have very little time. So I'm trying to do like 10 - 15 min workouts every morning. The thing is, I haven't really done calisthenics before, as I used to either go to the gym or do sports so I didn't really had a reason to. Yet time is now tight and can't fit that in my schedule anymore.

Is there any good calisthenics app that could help me? Like tell me what exercises to do, but also allow me to decide for how long and how often? Maybe could even have an option to use it at the gym too?
