Specifically the ones from East Montana in El Paso, Texas or any center, also any medical records from autopsies regarding what happen's in detention centers would be helpful too.

I have a very severe chronic illness, and my health is deteriorating.
Most days I’m almost fully bedbound, and I'm really struggling to take care of my baby.
The main issue is changing and cleaning the water bowl.
I feel so bad about it that I've thought about rehoming her, but I feel like I would deeply regret it.
I really want her to live her best life.
Does anyone have any tips or tricks for cleaning the water bowl more easily?
The issue is that her water bowl isn't something I can just pick up and empty.
I use sphagnum moss in her tank, and I have plants for air quality. I mist the plants occasionally, and her humidity is always good.
Does anyone also have tips on how to make this setup easier on my health?
My tank is somewhat bioactive. I plan to get more isopods, and I currently have one plant in it. (Plan to get more in the future.)
I'm also planning to get one of those controllers that automatically turn the lights on and off.
