So I transferred points direct to my Virgin Atlantic account using the 10 digit membership number and it had gone through on the capital one rewards portal. Still not seeing any points in my Virgin Atlantic account after an hour since transferring. I looked back and realized it was meant to be transferred to my Virgin Red account from capital one instead using the 4 letter membership code, however, it went through using just my Virgin Atlantic number. Both accounts are linked. Will my points ever show up in the Virgin Atlantic account or is all hope lost? Does anyone know if using the direct VA account number instead of the VR letter membership code works/causes delayed/or are points just lost?
