So a few year ago I had this packet meal that was called "african rice" it was spicy-ish had a strong garlic flavour it was green and you had to add cocnut milk to it. I cant for the life of me find an image of it or even a name. I've been looking for the name of it off and on for years at this point with no sucsess.
I'd be greatful for any help <3
i've googled every combination of the words: african, cocnut, rice, green i could think off with no luck.
i also remember it had some sort of red herb/spice
