Whatnot Purchase
HI There I am here just to get an opinion about a purchase I made from a new seller. I was able to snag 2 slabs for a really good price, one at a big discount. I purchased them a few days ago and I got them today. The streamer is somewhat local to me.
Anyways one of the slabs was missing (heavy discounted one) and possibly was shipped to a different buyer. I've reached out to the streamer as he provided his cell# and he apologized, he said he would do things right but I am a little concerned about timing. He supposedly found the slab on his way to MA and could take some time to get to me.
Could I ask whatnot for a refund only 7 days after purchase? What if I wait and get nothing, will whatnot do something about it or should I just call it a loss and get my money back instead of the slab?
