Parasitic draw on 2023 Yamaha 25HP

I was hoping if somebody had a similar issue that they could help me with. I recently acquired a boat that sank several times because the battery died on it, and the bill would not work during storms. The engine has maybe 200 hours on it at most. It is about three years old and has been underwater three times. I got the engine to run smoothly and did all the things that are recommended when getting it out of the water. The problem now is that there is a low beep coming out of the throttle shift mechanism. The battery is also dying in about two days after sitting and being attached. I’ve dried everything out, and I’ve tried to get as many electrical components cleaned out to no luck.
I am going to attach a main power switch in the meantime, but I want to keep the engine and make sure that it’s running perfectly. Any ideas?
