5.1 system for a large movie room — ~$5K, what would you buy?

Room: ~40 m² open-plan, hard floors, high ceilings (will add rug + curtains).

Use: 100% movies, zero music.

Must be full 5.1 (AVR + separate speakers), not a soundbar or 3.1.

Budget: ~$5,000 all-in.

What would you actually buy for the AVR, speakers (floorstander fronts + center + surrounds), and sub(s)? One big sub or dual?
