Has there actually been a case of someone successfully having lost capes restored to their account?
I've only reached out to Microsoft support twice and their go to fix to issues seems to just be giving 1000 minecoins to people.
I know some people have had issues with their capes going missing or not functioning properly (myself included) but I was just curious if anyone has had those issues fixed. Given its no secret mojang employees can just give their accounts whatever they want but will deny being able to do it for the community.
