Even on an overcast, showery day, getting out for a walk is good for the soul. Sometimes you can be rewarded with a great nature photo.

We spent the day following the lava trails from Mt. Eden and Mt. Hobson. One of the attendees gave us extra information about the lava paths and how they are created. Great to be able to learn and walk at the same time.

Checking out the new section of the Te Whau boardwalk, recently opened. Can highly recommend.
