First attempt

Using a 65mm sloyd definitely had its challenges with getting certain cuts done but overall was quite enjoyable and I could see being a main stay definitely need something thinner and smaller for detailed work, but it was a good project, now to make 10 more and try to improve

All set and ready to get started

Finally got the basics to get started attempting to whittle, can I get some recommendations for some things to try of the next few days

Also little bit of a show off cause I really like the knife too

I bought a knife and am waiting for it to arrive, but I intend to use it for whittling but I’m not sure if it may be too long, it’s a 65mm sloyd blade, is it too long or if I use it will I be able to adjust relatively easily until I decide I want to get more intricate and then maybe fork out the extra cash for a 40mm
