I dont have alot of space to work with whatever the black box-looking thing is. I replaced the rubber seal but that didn't solve the issue. It seems like the fill valve isn't stopping where it should and the water is flowing past the overflow. Tried playing around with the adjustment screw but nothing is happening Thinking Ill just replace the fill valve but don't know how to remove it.
