Hello,

I take 20 mg Prozac and 450 mg Wellbutrin XL every morning. This combo works really well for my anxiety and depression, but I’m dealing with sexual side effects: ED, low sex drive, muted sensitivity, and it takes me forever to orgasm.

My doctor prescribed Buspar 15 mg. I started taking it at night before bed because I was worried it might make me groggy, but now I’m wondering if that’s the best timing.

For anyone who has taken Buspar to help with SSRI sexual side effects, what time of day worked best for you? Did morning, afternoon, evening, or bedtime make a difference? Is it better to take multiple times a day?

Also, what dose were you prescribed?
